Every stop on our travels will consist of two parts spanning two days. Part one covering mentality before, during, and after an attack. Part two covering basic applications. Everyone word and move is geared towards bringing empowerment, self love, and ownership of body back to our women.

American on passport, Lakota by blood. Born and raised in small town North Dakota. I’m a lot of things; veterinary nurse, artist, taekwondo junkie, nomad, but most importantly, a strong advocate of my people. I hold a black belt in Hapkido, have been practicing / competing in Taekwondo for nine years, as well as holding / assisting numerous women’s self defense courses throughout the East Coast of the United States and Cairo, Egypt. Determined to make this project not only temporary success, but a lasting organization.
